Order Processing

At BYM Skin Care, we are committed to delivering your products as quickly and efficiently as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note that shipping time estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


International Orders

BYM Skin Care proudly ships to select countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or other government fees

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

BYM Skin Care is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

BYM Skin Care is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses
  • Lost shipments due to inaccurate shipping information
  • Additional shipping charges incurred from returned packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  2. Notify BYM Skin Care Customer Support within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will do our best to assist in resolving the issue but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to limit or refuse shipments to certain locations where shipping services are unavailable, restricted, or prohibited by law.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled before they have been processed for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Refund, Return, Exchange & Subscription Policy.
