Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or complimentary items
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final-sale items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only exchange products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Subscription Orders
Customers enrolled in a BYM Skin Care subscription program may cancel or modify their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.
Subscription Cancellation
- Subscription changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Once canceled, no future subscription charges will occur.
