This cream contains lactic acid, an AHA. AHAs can make skin more sensitive to the sun. Please wear sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using it, and for a week after.

Everything else gives the cream its smooth feel and keeps it fresh and stable. Nothing on the list is filler.
